Along with other key stakeholders, we project manage Scottish Leather Group’s apprenticeship programme. Over a duration of two years, apprentices gain exposure to Leather Manufacturing and Production processes as well as achieving an SVQ in Leather Manufacturing and Production.
We create, facilitate and run bespoke training programmes for employees of Scottish Leather Group. These include
programmes that empower line managers with the tools and skills to manage their employees fairly, consistently and in line with company values.
We also liaise with employees and management regarding training courses that can be delivered by external providers in order to fulfil business requirements as well as enhancing employees continued personal development.
We support employees and line managers completing Personal Development Reviews and help them to achieve performance objectives. Using a Personal Development Plan we can tailor training, secondment and other development opportunities to the needs of individual employees and departments.
